Taking the theoretical vertical line as the center, the motor drives the eccentric main shaft through a belt pulley and a gear assembly, rotating in a fixed outer cone. The movable internal cone is rotated at the same time with the eccentric main shaft, the running track of the inner cone is rotated swing in the crusher. When the movable inner cone is close to the fixed outer cone, the minerals between them will be crushed. When the movable inner cone leaves the fixed outer cone, the crushed materials will be discharged by its own weight. When the unbroken objects are dropped into the crushing chamber, the movable inner cone will be decline under the bottom single cylinder hydraulic controlled, So as to play the role of adjusting the discharge port, repeatedly lifting and removing the clogged ores.
