he raw material enters from the cold end of the rotary kiln. Because of the kiln body is at a certain angle, and constantly rotating, the raw materials continuously moving toward the hot end. Fuel is sprayed from hot end , resulting to burning ,heating and produced high temperature flue gas. Under the driving of the blower, heating power comes from the hot end to the cold end,the material and the flue gas make the heat exchange when they are in the process of reverse movement, thus make raw materials into chamotte.
For high grade cement calcining, and widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, construction and other industries.
