Two section type gas producer is a device for making coal gas. It sets two outlets on top and bottom.The top gas contains tar. The top gas contains tar, which can be cleaned and recovered by electric collector. The bottom gas contains no tar and can remove dust by cyclone dust collector. All gas is indirectly cooling. Produced sewage is gas liquor, reduced the oil and phenol wastewater treatment. Sewage and tar stored in steel containers. Avoid the evaporation and leakage of harmful substances. Sewage can be burned.
1. Double drum and four sets of valves automatically fill coal, automatic control of coal filling.
2. Bottom gas is extracted from several refractory channels ,and multiple bottom gas regulating valve To adjust the entire furnace's combustion balance.
3. Bottom gas using central pipe extraction, its role as:
a. With the surrounding refractory channel composed of carbonization heating space, formed the radiation source of inner and outer layer rings.
b. The combustion balance system of the bore section is composed of the surrounding refractory passage, which avoids the black hole problem of the two stage furnace at combustion center, and can conveniently regulate the combustion condition of the hearth.
4. The water jacket is pressure vessel, prolong the service life, self-produced steam meet the all production demand.
5. The high ash basin water seal, high pressure gasification operation, ash discharge system adopts double ash knife,the ash out evenly,no partial ash phenomenon,high degree of gasification,large gas production,gas quality stabled,high calorific value .
6. Using waste heat recovery process, not only cooling gas, but also produce steam, while consuming some phenol water. Its featuring the energy conservation and environment protection.w
7. Using hydraulic system to remove the grid milter's ash and fill the coal, it is a automatic control system.
